Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Information

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Delivery times depend on the warehouse from which your order is fulfilled.

United States Warehouse

Products fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse are typically delivered within 2–5 business days.

Global Warehouse

Products fulfilled from our international warehouses are typically delivered within 7–12 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to become active after shipment.

Customers may also track their orders through the Track Your Order page available on our website.

International Shipping

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, and local delivery services.

Customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in product prices and are determined by local authorities.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays can occasionally occur.

Incorrect Shipping Information

HASA is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
